Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • All drawings and prints are deliviered with PostNord as registered mail (so called REK) within Sweden. we do not offer deliveries outside of Sweden at the moment.

  • All fine art giclée prints are shipped within 2-3 weeks. Delivery time for commissioned artworks may vary so make sure to order your portrait well in advance and contact us for further details about your particular commission.

  • The shipping cost for prints is always SEK 120 while shipping costs for originals and commissions may vary depending on the weight and size of the package. For prints, shipping cost is included in the price displayed during checkout.

  • When the package has arrived at the post office you will recieve a notification to the e-mail address that you entered during checkout.

  • All art bought online is sent without frame and in a tube for maximum protection.

  • Delivery time may vary for different products.

  • Please check the contents of your package as soon as it arrives. If something is missing it is your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours after recieveing your order.

Returns

We offer you a 14-day return on your purchase, calculated from the date you receive the goods. The items must be returned packaged in their original packaging in an unused and salable condition. As soon as we have received the returned items, we will make a refund. If you discover that an item delivered by us to you is defective, you should contact us as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to receive a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies if you identify that a product has been damaged during transport or if you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of goods or that the product delivered does not match your order. Contact us regarding returns by emailing to the contact details displayed at the end of this page. We will then specifically send you a correct return address. Upon return, the risk (for loss or damage upon delivery) is on the customer.

Return policy for Limited Edition Prints signed and numbered by hand

If the customer has purchased a limited edition print that is numbered or signed by hand, a return policy does not apply. If the Customer has purchased a Custom Product, such as a commission, or a Product with a significant custom adjustment, such as a Limited Print, the Customer is not eligible for the Elin Palmgren Artworks right of withdrawal. A Product developed in accordance with the Customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to cancel the purchase under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.

Damaged goods

Elin Palmgren Artworks ensure that all products are carefully checked in quality control before they are sent to our customers. We work hard to avoid damage or defects in our products. If you discover that an item is nevertheless damaged or otherwise defective, you will be replaced with a new sample of the product in question, if a new one is available. If not, you will be reimbursed with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are requested to always review your received products upon delivery and report any deviations from your order confirmation to us as soon as possible.
