These terms are written for all orders at www.artworksbyelin.com (hereinafter referred to as "online store"), which applies to all purchase agreements named between different documents and Elin Palmgren - Elin Palmgren Artworks, hereinafter referred to as "Elin Palmgren Artworks"). We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in full before placing an order. These terms can be updated and changed, we ask you to read the terms before each order from the online store.
The prices in the online store are current prices and can be changed at any time. Elin Palmgren Artworks are not bound by price indications in the online store which the buyer reasonably assumes are incorrect and which have, for example, arisen due to technical problems in the web platform or the prices which have been manipulated by the customer.
Prices include local VAT and are paid in the currency specified in the online store. For non-EU customers, your local customs authority may impose surcharges, duties and other charges on your import at current prices.
Payment can be made by credit card in the online store. If payment is subject to validation and / or authorization by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, each Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorization. We work with an authorized payment service provider (PSP) that processes your personal data in accordance with the international security standard PCI-DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA and MasterCard. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.
We offer you a 14-day return on your purchase, calculated from the date you receive the goods. The items must be returned packaged in their original packaging in an unused and salable condition. As soon as we have received the returned items, we will make a refund. If you discover that an item delivered by us to you is defective, you should contact us as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to receive a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies if you identify that a product has been damaged during transport or if you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of goods or that the product delivered does not match your order. Contact us regarding returns by emailing to the contact details displayed at the end of this page. We will then specifically send you a correct return address. Upon return, the risk (for loss or damage upon delivery) is on the customer.
If the customer has purchased a limited edition print that is numbered or signed by hand, a return policy does not apply. If the Customer has purchased a Custom Product, such as a commission, or a Product with a significant custom adjustment, such as a Limited Print, the Customer is not eligible for the Elin Palmgren Artworks right of withdrawal. A Product developed in accordance with the Customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to cancel the purchase under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
Elin Palmgren Artworks ensure that all products are carefully checked in quality control before they are sent to our customers. We work hard to avoid damage or defects in our products. If you discover that an item is nevertheless damaged or otherwise defective, you will be replaced with a new sample of the product in question, if a new one is available. If not, you will be reimbursed with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are requested to always review your received products upon delivery and report any deviations from your order confirmation to us as soon as possible.
